[ Closed ] How to start a discussion thread for a show - PLEASE READ!

Hello!

When you start a new thread in "TV Show Discussions", please always start with 
- show link
- show image
- quoted show info/ summary

That makes the post more useful to others.

How do you do that?

1. Copy the link from the show page, for example https://next-episode.net/severance - then go back to the tab where you are writing your post and paste the link.

2. To get the image link, open the show page, right-click the show image, select something like "copy image link" or "copy image URL". Go back to the tab where you are writing your post and paste the link. Highlight (only) the link you just pasted and take a look at the icons on top of the input field. (When you hover the mouse cursor over them you'll see a description.) Use the "img" icon (icon #3 from the right) for image links. The link you pasted and highlighted should now show the img tags.

3. Copy the show info text from the show page and paste it into your post. Highlight (only) the text you just pasted and click the "quote" icon (icon #6 from the left). The show info text you pasted and highlighted should now show the quote tags.

Click "Preview topic" to see if everything looks good, then click "Submit topic". Done!

You'll get additional karma points if you then add the link to the new show thread (that you'll see in your browser by going back to "TV Show Discussions" after posting and opening your new thread again) in this thread: Show Pages - 'More Info:' Forum Link Missing? Post it here!
