I've lost interest in the Zoey story.
Lacy is far more interesting now (sadly she wasn't in this episode). Even the story with the Defense Department and the creepy boss is better.

Liked the Halatha part. Srsly, Wherever Zoe's appears it's getting sluggish and quite boring,. Her plot should be more distant, vague, and lesser visible to the viewer. I suppose that's the reason of low ratings Caprica got at the beginning. We should get more Halatha and STO plots, and they should be more intense since it's obvious that those two factions affected Cylons most. Ideally would be if the state Caprica is at 15th episode would occur in 5th episode.
