I'm not so sure if Chloe is really gonna turn on them. I mean, the show has been really building up to it with both Lt. Scott and in the last episode with Sgt. Greer and everyone saying she'll be dangerous and have to be put down.
..and something no-one has discussed (I think), neither here or in the show. What about dr. Rush? For all we know, since he was on the alien ship longer than Chloe, he may have turned as well. Chloe's physical mutation might be a result of not finishing her "treatment". Anyhow, that should mean that Rush would be as good as her mathematically, but you never really know with Rush anyway.

...oh, and one last thing while I remember it.
What about dr. Jeremy Franklin, that went catatonic and was put in the chair and just disappeared? He might have something to do with the ship being/getting "alive". Irritates me that he hasn't been given any attention afterwards in the show.

Well, Rush have seen him, but he's still doesn't sure if it's in his head or if it's the ship that communicating with him. And he can't risk tell anybody he see dead people because they'll think he's crazy and he loses his authority.
My theory: The answer will come later on regarding what happened to him

i'm a little mixed up at this point with all the aliens.are the aliens that kidnapped rush and made chloe what she is today the same race as the ones in the seed ship awakened from stasis?

It seems like the writers have been watching to much Lost.
My experience is that the more they talk about how something must be the less likely it is that it actually is that way. For example with Chloe being dangerous they are nagging at it to much so i am starting to think she will not be dangerous to the crew after all. There are some other things they are repeating to much that are just theories and surely some of them will turn out to be false.
I am really excited for when the show starts up again. Should be plenty of action to come.

I have to agree, they do look similar. Remember the brown guys were hiding for a long time. The blue guys could be the same race, but later in the evolution cycle.
