that would be cool, but she misses one very important component.

you sure you guys watched the same episode as we did? the scene where Master Sergeant Ronald Greer pleaded for forgivness from Chloe was pure awesome. i don't think i am man enough and that i have enough balls to ever do that if it would come to that.

Yeah the bit with Greer and Chloe was good, actually very good but 45 seconds of good doesn't make up for the rest of the 44minutes and 15 seconds of drivel

Keep in reflection all the drivel in the first season now actually things keep happening. I welcome this season alot more personally.

Re: 2x09 - Visitation
I also found this ep quite boring. The storyline with the baby is poor, I agree. About what I liked in this episode: Greer pleading for forgiveness was awesome for sure. That actor is excellent and his character is by far my favorite. I liked to know what finally happened to those who had chosen to stay behind. It's sad that they died that way (they surely died the hard way). I wonder something though: Why they didn't try to built a place to live. I mean, they're not in Survivor. They were going to spend the rest of their life on that planet and they didn't seem to have build a single thing. Like, say, a shelter for dry wood... with a reserve of wood in there! Or an advanced shelter with enough room to make a fire inside. If they thought that they were going to live for years only with the power supplied by the shuttle, they had also be proven wrong! The rest of it wasn't exceptional in my opinion.

Greer is awesome. USMC guys are insane and the actor does a REALLY good job of portraying one.

I don't care what everyone says , I'm really looking for the next episode , this season is really good. Baby storyline or whatever , it's still a good show. (Don't remember so many complains with the baby storyline when it was Teyla's baby in SGA... )

Me too. I'm a huge fan of SGU and it's for me the best of SG shows, by far. This season is really good for sure. I really enjoyed every single episode but that one (but it wasn't that bad either). I still prefer the second half of the first season however. That was amazing. The next episode should rock for sure (based on its synopsis). And it's gonna be all before months like they do every season since the 8th season of SG-1 I think. So watch out for the nice and painful cliffhanger, guys PS: I agree, Teyla was probably the worst Stargate character ever.

Re: 2x09 - Visitation
Ok ... so nobody finds this episode plain stupid? Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of the Stargate franchise .... but, those guys stayed on a RICH planet, and had TIME (months as they said) and RESOURCES: that axe was good for cutting down trees so that people get crushed to death, but was not good for building houses or even making a simple fire??? (i was laughing my a** off when they said that they only had candles ... they could of been saved by an accidental fire if a candle was dropped on some flammable materials) They stayed on the planet because they considered they could survive there ... and they die in a few short month because they are not able to build simple shelters to get them through the winter? I think this is a BIG plot hole ... They must of known that winter was coming (simple analysis when Destiny encountered the system should of provided simple info as of the seasons, rotation periods etc etc) Even if they did not know the winter was coming, on a alien planet you expect the worst ... so you prepare for the worst weather possible: you build shelters, you hunt so you have as much food as possible ... but this guys NO!, they sit on their asses for 3 or 4 months and do NOTHING (except for cutting down a tree that kills one of them) and they are surprised they're dead ... if you ask me, this guys had no chance if there were locked in their living room ...

Hi there and to this thread. Ever heard of this weird county called Amerika? there are people living who have no clue how to survive without iPhone, Youtube, Facebook. they only know what little they are tought at school on the area their government picks for them. I.E. if they (government) thinks you are good in microbiology they only teach you that. nothing else. and hence you only know 1 thing. if an European get's lucky and catches one of those Amerikans, then they are wildly popular around the world in circuses.

My very continued sanity is at stake here.
