Topic: Covert Affairs
Covert Affairs
"Covert Affairs" centers on a young CIA operative, Annie Walker, mysteriously summoned to headquarters for duty as a field operative. While Annie believes she's been promoted for her exceptional linguistic skills, there may be something or someone from her past that her CIA bosses are really after. Auggie Anderson is a CIA military intelligence agent who was blinded while on assignment and is Annie's guide in this world of bureaucracy, excitement and intrigue. A nice spy show Wonder how they will go with it.

Not bad. Certainly not as serious show as Alias but it the pilot was quite entertaining.

Re: Covert Affairs
I'm about to leave it. And even naming the episodes after Led Zeppelin songs isn't enough. Though... only 3 episodes left. I guess I'll wait.

For what? CA will have a second season so it's not like it's about to end.

Re: Covert Affairs
It's a habit of mine, I don't quit on shows after I watched more than a half of a season (Haven was an recent exception).

Re: Covert Affairs
That was a weak season finale (both episodes) with some horrible green screen scenes (Big Ben in 1x10). I don't think I'll be watching it next year, assuming of course that 2011 summer season will have a sufficient number of decent shows.

Well, I removed it from my watchlist. MAYBE I'll watch 2x01 just to see if there is improvement.

So I've decided to watch the premiere of season 2 and it wasn't that great. The show is still only decent.

Re: Covert Affairs
it was a shitstorm? I rewatched some episodes of covert affairs and watched all the way until some way into finale of s01, then I stopped. I have like zero emotional connection to the characters
