Topic: Season 2 Finale

I was very excited about season 1 of The Mentalist. Season 2 started well, it had some good episodes in the fall, but the rest (especially the second part of the season) was much worse. And the finale... well, it sucked when it comes to revealing who Red John might be. Oh, and I hate that they've broken up Rigsby and Van Pelt without any serious feedback. They followed orders and were 100% professional for the rest of the season. Don't know if I'll return for season 3. Maybe only for Red John episodes assuming something will happen in the direction of finding out who he is.

Yeah, I were also talking about the "quality" of the cases because that's what you have to deal with when most of the episodes are fillers and only a few focused on Red John. I liked almost all the cases in season 1 and only a few in season 2. One of the reasons may be the fact that they were breaking the law so often to solve them you have to wonder how can this stand up in court... I don't watch CSI or other crime shows so at the moment Castle is my number 1 choice for interesting murder investigations. smile
