I'm thinking Rachel too... but why only seasons 1 and 2? There's been more than one good guest in season 3!
Vinnie Jones, Steve Austin, Kristin Kreuk and Brandon Ruth... perhaps more?

Hopefully there will be a similiar poll someday for season 3 & 4. 
Adding guest stars from season 3 would be unfair to those who will appear later in the season (Christopher Lloyd ftw!).

I thought this would be a tie between Scott Bakula and Tricia Helfer for sure. Looks like I was dead wrong.
But is it with all these people not watching Chuck. I mean CHUCK! Come on people!
