Re: Season 1 - first halfhmm right you are. is it the real one? Re: Season 1 - first halfJust finished downloading it. Seems legit, but didn't watched it yet. Re: Season 1 - first halfsame here. just finished, haven't watched it yet, bet seems all right one. Re: Season 1 - first halfwhen was it mentioned that simon was awake during the flash forward? Re: Season 1 - first halfaaahm.... if Lloyd and Simon did that experiment at that moment, how could one of them have been at the stadium at the same time? doesn't make sense... 186 2009-12-04 18:04:28 (edited by Sspark 2009-12-04 18:05:10)Re: Season 1 - first halfwckiller wrote:
Maybe the stadium is part of the experimental machine. For example a giant dish or if we go more sci fi a life force drawing machine? Re: Season 1 - first halfcould be a valueable addition to the whole story and it would be supported by or it would be supporting that Suicide... All that adds to the great story they're trying to tell... Re: Season 1 - first halfI'm so not gonna go scientific and analytic on that topic.... else it would kinda ruin the show for me... I'd rather just enjoy it without knowing too much about all those theories Re: Season 1 - first halfLloyd and Simon were not awake during the 2 mins as they both also had flashforwards. Simon was killing someone in his and lloyd was with the FBI guys wife. Re: Season 1 - first halfnivalis wrote:
When Lloyd said he'd met his wife at the next door building of his Harvard campus, and Olivia said that she'd almost gone to Harvard and would've been at the same building that Lloyd's wife was, that is when I started suspecting the alternative timeline thingy... They didn't see the future of this timeline, they saw the future of another timeline where Olivia had gone to Harvard and had met Lloyd, eventually they had married. Only glitch in my theory is is how is it possible for Olivia and Mark's daughter to be there with them if she had gone and married the other guy. It would also explain why Mark was drinking again... he had shot Demetri. And it gives them a chance to fuck up their future when they are trying to avoid the future of a different timeline that wouldn't even happen to them. anyway, here's just my ...where did I put that rat's ass I could give?

I knew I sort had lost interest in this show, but now I know why. Very good article. It'll be interesting to see who stays put through to APRIL... Of both characters and viewers. Re: Season 1 - first halfI am still watching, but with less and less enthusiasm. And now, not having the show air the episode it planned to on "FlashForward Day", April 29, makes me want to watch it less ... I was looking forward to that gimmick, but now ABC has screwed the pooch with the episode shift. What pisses me off the most is that it was unnecessary. Yes, the show isn't good and is losing viewers, but no matter how low it sinks, ABC already gave it its "back 9", so they will air no matter what. The break doesn't help, it won't save the show, but it destroys the most original part of the whole operation. Re: Season 1 - first halfwell... why shouldn't it? What should the network be doing? Here, they got a potentially great show with a somewhat devoted fanbase... And LOST is going to end this Season... They'd be really fucked up if they didn't give FlashForward a 2nd Season... Give it some time to develop... Judging a Show like this after just 10 Episodes is all kinds of wrong imho Re: Season 1 - first halfSorry sunshine, but that's the cruel world of TV. After few episodes people decide, will they watch it or not. If they do, ratings drop and if ratings drop, it startes to be bad. I am not saying that I WANT to kill it. It's just, that if rating and quality drops so badly like with FF (12.47 -> 7.07 in 10 eps), network will think twice before renewing it. And of course, there's still the second half of the season, which might be better (Dollhouse also started poorly).
