Re: True Blood S02
Also, you can always count on Eric to drop Quote-Bombs in every episode; "Good night, tiny humans."
Re: True Blood S02
Yeah, boring boring boring, i hope they kill off eggs, tara and her mother, it was just to stupid to watch this episode.

Re: True Blood S02
did we know that eric coud fly before? cant recall that
I thought that was pretty cool, and I hope they don't try to explain it (with some special ability or something) and just leave it at that. I think it's fairly common knowledge that vampires can fly anyway - comes with the job.
Re: True Blood S02
Both past episodes feel too much like filler, couldn't we have gotten a longer, more epic finale instead?
indeed
Re: True Blood S02

We could assume he could fly. Why?
Do you remember when he gave lafayette blood? Then he left Bon Temps and came to where bill and sookie was in dallas withinn minutes, sookie/bill/jessica took a private jet, remember the limo that stood ready when they landed?
Also, the scene when Eric was turned, it could seem as godric was flying around looking like a bat killing everyone, he was already 1000 years old at the time.

yeh normally i would assume that too but Bill never flew even when sookie was in danger, he just ran fast, so maybe not all can do it.
Re: True Blood S02
i really don't see why he gets to be among the good guys
Him going half-cocked into a bad situation with a lot of guns and ammo, possibly killing a lot of his friends that are just being posessed ... dunno, doesn't sound like a good guy to me
But I do get what you are saying. It seems his only purpose this season was to a) through his stupidity and erection to point out the hypocrisy of that Church couple, and b) have a nice redemptive moment when he realized they held Sookie prisoner. I liked both of those storylines, but ever since then he's been useless. Like the rest of the show
P.S.: Which reminds me that the season is almost over and we haven't seen any of the breasts I was interested in. No Maryanne, Church-lady, or Jessica. WTF?
Re: True Blood S02
do you want to se mary ann's breats? wtf
Re: True Blood S02
so season 2 had a cliffhanger...i'm beginning to dislike shows that don't end the season satisfactory (who knows when the show is gonna be axed?). in that respect at least 24 is awesome the finale kinda left an empty feeling inside, almost like lost where they keep throwing new weird twists at you. feels like it's being artificially lengthened.
Re: True Blood S02
i really liked it, good to see her finally die, and the bit where he crushed the heart and she died was great, i can now move on with my life
10 Years and counting
Re: True Blood S02
I think the reason people like Jason Stackhouse is he is the absolute epitome of the brash, sex obsessed and not to forget stupid, american southern redneck. And who here has ever had God want a sexy pastors wife to give you a hand job and shag you lol, I think you're all just jealous that God must like him more than you ;P
N.B. Don't get me wrong in my travels to the US, I found the average US southerner to be one of the friendliest people in the world, they literally stopped me in the street when they heard my Aussie accent and just wanted to chat and find out where I was from, I even stopped a bar fight just by yelling at some guys to get the fxxk off my friend, they heard the accent and ended up buying us drinks lol.

Alan Ball said in an interview that Jason is basically a "perfect" human being - physically. His charisma, sex appeal, etc. are all the result of the super-natural part of his heritage, since he and Sookie have the same parents. Basically Sookie inherited more of the super-natural and is less human, while Jason is a human with a flavor of super-natural, which makes him physically perfect. (We all know he's all but mentally perfect.)
And speaking of the preacher's hot wife ... I have to yet again voice my disapproval that we didn't get to see any of the new female trifect nude: no Jessica's, preacher's wife's, or MaryAnn's boobs. Seems like the only one topless this season was Sookie. (Yes, I am trying to suppress all the Bon Temps fat, old, and ugly ladies flashing their breasts at the camera, thank you very much.)
Re: True Blood S02
also, if jason stackhouse is the perfect human, i'm losing my faith in humanity.
First, you still have/had faith in humanity? Wow, *envious*.
Secondly, he is, according to Alan Ball
Re: True Blood S02
Hm, I think it was a nice episode, Eggs got shot \o/ and we are finished with mary ann and the ugly harem of hers.
One thing that bothers me is that they are making eric look like a pussy, he licks the queens feet to much and i bet he will show even more emotions withinn next season.
It seems the writer favors bill the most.
Re: True Blood S02
When is the third season coming out? Will we be able to watch the TV show online? I don't have HBO, and I work crazy hours. I bought the first season and always went to a friend's to watch the second season. Any ideas?
Re: True Blood S02
Watching it online, as in streaming, no. That's why they call HBO "paid programming." But this is the internet, the land of unlimited impossibilities ... I am sure you can find a way to watch the show if you apply yourself enough
