I've scanned through the "'Caprica' is GO!" thread before I posted this, didn't see a link in there, and decided it wasn't out yet while this thread was going. And the torrent I found was dated yesterday.

but on the other hand... the show has had a 22 episode order... they are a good ways into producing those episodes... SO... even if those episodes are all we see, i think it's own forum can almost be justified, as opinion seems to be fairly divided on it already, and methinks that a lot of peoples are going to have a lot to say about it... [personally, i don't think it is necessary, but hey.... ]

On the other hand... that gives them enough time to make something good out of it.
It would be nice to have lots of references to BSG and (as paisley1 already pointed out) see some of BSG's characters grow up.

It's really a big hole in the story line - since he is a professional and knows how to work with critical data. And since he had her on a data stick he could easily made a backup.
But that's the whole point of the story - she is special and has to leave Caprica to explore her spirituality and finally invents the religious skin jobs. She couldn't do tat on Caprica - that would ruin the surprise

One of the best scenes in the last season imo. Even longer version with the scene itself... love it

I liked it that the backup theory was picked up by Dollhouse. Actually it's the same idea without the cylon thingy but with real people

The scientists here are just talking about learning how the brain works which would help us understand Alzheimer disease and so on... but I just can't shake the feeling that this is the beginning of Cylons... creepy
