I'm not yet calling it 'garbage' but its a drop from season 1 for sure. And mostly just 2 olddies that have both lost their minds... you don't see anyone actually conducting *business* for this empire - at least in Mayor of Kingstown you see plot/reason/business/planning.

The story of this show never quite interested me that much. It's character driven with the Harrigans, Harry and his family and whatever you can throw at them.
I enjoy watching them argue and plot with each other, trust and distrust each other and then, at some point, all hell is going to break loose 
The look on Harry alone in EP04 when he looked at his phone and what Frankie Cooper was filming was epic and worth watching that episode
Everytime an episode ends I think "wtf, what's going to happen next??" and can't wait for the next one.
The story so far is probaly 3/10 but everything else 9/10.

And I still love this show, I like the fact they are concentration on other things at the moment. But now we see the real madness. I think Conrad Harrigan has mad cow. Or he is Bi-polar. See how he goes from calm to truly mad?
And Maeve Harrigan I would love the honour myself of putting a bullet in her head she is so evil. Whoever is writing these characters has some talent. But the actors are top notch. This is a brilliant cast. You could write shit and they would make it interesting.
