I don't know where TVMaze gets its info, so I can't comment. Also, I can't access channel5.com so I can't check. If someone has access, please post info. I do know that S01E03 is not available for streaming/download/torrent, so I'm inclined to believe TVDB.
TMDB also shows only 2 episodes to season 1 as does tv.apple.com

Again, if someone with access to channel5.com or my5 could check, that might help.
