But since I am not sure what woke really is, how can I be expected to rate movies that might or could be woke?
It just adds to the confusion.
There is no official body that can rate them, since woke itself is essentially a sarcastic slang umbrella term for overdone/annoying "progressive" politics/messaging/virtue signaling/propaganda. And everybody interprets it slightly different and to know what is woke you actually need to follow those progressive politics to be up to date what they even are broadcasting. To make things more fun, term woke some decades ago had completely different mainstream meaning.
So, currently it's not easy to rate them, unless somebody builds an engine where for every movie are pinpointed timestamps and exact sentences. Like IMDb has explanations for PG ratings (for example, what kind of violence movie has etc). I like THE MESSAGE which coined that Youtube guy above (also works better than to call it woke, because it specifies quite precisely what it is about). Because there is not one or two topics, there are tens of them. Can write a small book what they preach. From don't use scary words to let's fight fire with fire.
The scariest word of them all for them is "master". Ideally they would like to remove it from the dictionary (and they actively rename things just like Donald is renaming gulfs). Because in developed world was a slavery 150+ years ago. It's that stupid and that's why is fully deserves to be ridiculed, because otherwise they will normalize their stupid (halfway there).
For all this the best historic example imo is Lenin. Essentially the same pattern, got bright ideas in academia setup, took them to the extreme, all that ended up in an epic censorship, bs and "rebuilding the society the right way". Woke also has very pronounced "either you are with us or you are against us". Everything is black or white. Hell, they even fight each other half of the time if there is not perceived ideological "purity" 
In woke context Marx/Engels is the theoretical source, random brainstorming in univeristies, and Hollywood, Twitter etc. is Lenin 
CRT is one perfect example. It started as a dry theory in law schools, fast forward some 20+ years and it leaked into activist circles, was dumbed down 50x and made ready for preaching Just like Lenin with his simpletons hordes
