the Grasso story.
Yeah he saved Maeve but he still was a double agent for the biker gang which resulted in many crimes and the death of a fellow law enforcement agent. I would've also liked to see the legal consequences to his actions.

I liked that they didn't go into legal consequences. That was not essential to the core story IMHO and they left something for our imagination (same as Maeve's future).

Looking forward to it...a weird interview though smile

First this

... and occasionally funny performances as both protagonists struggled to be good dads.

did we watch the same show? - this is one of the saddest shows of the year probably. I don't think there was anything funny about this show at all, as intended and well received.

Then we have a strange obsession about the shooting locations for the show.

Ingelsby has made it his mission to continue making shows about Delco that are actually filmed in this region; Season 2 of Task furthers his efforts to stay close to home while delivering blockbuster television.

No offense but the locations were the least interesting about the show and with a theme like that I couldn't care less where it is filmed as long as the format and quality of storytelling stay the same.

Deserved more runtime:
Abbys | Dead Like Me | Devs | Firefly | Gangsta. | Jack of all Trades | Kevin (probably) saves the World | Lodge 49 | Mrs. Davis | NYC 22 | Powerless | Roadkill | Special Unit 2 | Stumptown | Surface | The Brave | The Crazy Ones | The Finder | The Middleman | Truth Seekers | Two Weeks to Live | Whiskey Cavalier

Well, they sort of have to.

Spoiler

They killed so many of the old faces.

Humor?  What humor?

I thought they were partially picked because they looked kinda bleak, fitting the theme. big_smile

Late to the party… actually didn’t expect to be my kind of show but I really liked it!

Hey, I just joined this forum and I can’t find if this has been discussed already. It’s driving me crazy. The character Perry is often referred to as “Per” for short. Almost everyone says this like “purr,” which makes no sense. If it’s shortened from Perry, shouldn’t it be pronounced like “pair?”

This bothers me because the actors involved just looked at the script, saw “Per,” and neither they nor the director spent a second thinking about it. And Continuity should have caught it!

Welcome to the forum! If you haven't noticed, people are quite messy, stuff like this doesn't even register here anymore. cool
