Topic: 'The Chair Company' appeared on my watchlist

I've never heard of this show; the only cast I recognize is Lake Bell & that's not an actor\actress I follow...

It just appeared on my Calendar & Watchlist, as if I'd selected it as something to watch, but I'm not sure why I'd watch it!

Strange; perhaps I'd selected it accidentally, at some point... but I haven't spent much time on the Upcoming pages this year, so I'm not sure how it even happened!

I have that sometimes.

If I add a show is marked as "In development" it may be quite a while before it's released, and I'll forget about it in the mean time.

DRM "manages access" in the same way that Prison "manages freedom".

Yeah, this show was added in April 2024.

Plenty of time to have heard about it from somewhere, added it to the watchlist and then to have completely forgotten about it.

Yeah, I use the "In Development" listings, too... I pretty much exclusively select sci-fi though; this show doesn't seem like something I'd have been waiting for.

I suspect I selected it accidentally, or maybe the description changed from something more sci-fi sounding?

Mostly just wanted to make sure it hadn't somehow gotten added to a lot of people's lists. ... I might even try watching it!
