Streaming service and icon missing

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I've noticed there's a Swedish streaming service missing both from the list of services, and the icon is also missing from wherever the icon should be showing (list of episodes, show information etc.

The streaming service is TV4 Play (https://www.justwatch.com/se/leverant%C3%B6r/tv4-play)

It's missing from the list of services in settings (https://next-episode.net/settings?actio … ngservices)

However, it "kind of" shows up where the streaming services are supposed to show up. An example is From (https://next-episode.net/from) where it shows up like this:
