Re: From [Drama, Horror, Mystery]
Season 2 is a mess. After a decent start, it went downhill fast. ep04 and ep05 were unbearable boring. In ep06 finally something happens again - but well... adding another layer of question-marks and not getting an INCH closer some kind of the WHYs and HOWs. I'm close to giving it up.

Yeah, 2x5 was pretty weak, but I'm not anywhere close to giving up.

If they do a LOST tie-in and reveal it is part of the same universe, I'd be in heaven. Screw the haters, LOST was a hell of an enjoyable ride.
Hmmm, you're hugely in the minority there. Lost started off so well, one of the most original and compelling TV shows ever made. But then a few seasons in it was obvious that us viewers had so many questions about what was actually going on that were never going to be answered. And then it ended, with just too many things left unanswered. We'd invested so much time in the show and we were left with just too many unanswered questions. We felt cheated. So, so cheated. I'm still not over it.
Lucky I make up my own opinion on what I like. Let's be honest, most of the normies that watched it still believe the last season was implying they were dead all along and couldn't quite grasp that wasn't what it was implying at all.....most normies are idiots. It wasn't perfect but like I said, it was an enjoyable ride that provided probably hundreds of hours of entertainment, debates and theories created amongst my friend group as to what was going on, a lackluster ending doesn't negate literal years of fun and entertainment.
What … wait .. hold on … you are saying they weren’t dead?

Idk, the season went total nuts. Nothing makes any sense… my guess, last episode will open up another big mystery and end with a tremendous cliffhanger - and the show will not return for season 3.

My only problem with your statement is the "will not return for season 3" part. (That would suck.) I love the total nuts part.

Season 2 has been incredibly disappointing, everything seems to be pointing that are just going to end up exactly where we were at the end of season 1 with the lighthouse as the big mystery....effectively a complete waste of time. Plus, invisible monsters that kill you in your dreams, great for reducing the FX budget but boring as hell for the audience. 1 episode left to go in this season....what a complete waste of time. I won't be too disappointed (or surprised) when it gets cancelled.

Like others, I identified this as a 'Lost' clone early on. As such, I had little hope of anything being revealed, even by the end of series 2. I was right. Lots & lots & lots of padding. Thankfully, I have a fast forward button!

Yepp, utterly disappointing. Season 1, for the most part, was nicely done and build up some decent setting. Season 2 was just very very disappointing. For hours nothing happens, then things get rushed but even the rushed things are badly executed. Made no sense at all.

2x10. I mostly enjoyed it, and even though I had guessed something like the episode ending would happen to her, I liked it when it did. Hope the show gets renewed ASAP!

I wish they would tell them in advance, you've got x series to tell your story, so they can actually plan it.

That would be perfect, but will probably always only happen for very, very few shows.
