Lukas Haas played astronaut Richard and was the Amish kid in my favorite Harrison Ford film, Witness (1985). He looked weird then, still does and is now perhaps too chubby to be in the space program.

Too chubby?! lol

Here's an image from last year, probably shortly before they were filming the season.

Finished season 3. Not a perfect season, but good!

The finale makes me doubt there'll be another season. sad

Ya, that's exactly how I felt. It felt like a proper ending for a series finale. The first question you have to ask yourself is whether or not there's enough story left to justify more. The next question is whether or not Epix will want it. The network will make significant changes in the new year, including a rebrand to MGM+. If this is indeed the end for WOTW, then you should feel satisfied that you got three seasons' worth of story for this H.G. Wells adaptation, which has really tried to be both big and ambitious in its storytelling.

Oh, I do feel satisfied, I just felt like they could do more if they wanted. But I can totally live with this being the end. smile

I havent yet watched the final eps. I think the show got confused with season 3 ( I am). Season 1& 2 led us to believe it was all about people  traveling back in time then season 3 comes along and suggests its all about alternative universes  - the the guy who "travelled back in time" came from the alternative universe and killed an innocent  person and those who travelled with him are misguided also? It seems they just wanted an extra season so messed it all up. should have ended at season 2? Maybe the last few eps of season 3 will clarify?
