Wait... why? What I am speaking of is literally just a link on the show pages that says "Wikipedia" - right next to the one that is already there and says "IMDb"?
I think it is a valid request for some, but for me it would just be something I would never use and therefore wouldn't care to see.

I noticed that all Star Trek shows have "Star Trek:....." as their title. Especially with more new SW shows in the pipeline it may be useful in searches or just when browsing your Watchlist. Thanks!
Yes all the show titles are imported from the tvdb.com or tvmaze.com which I believe can be edited there by members.

If you agree that it is something that could be useful for some, then that means it would be a valid idea to add it. Making it possible to disable such minor features would both be an extra effort to implement, it would clutter the settings UI if done for every minor detail and it would require you to manually disable it/them on your settings page, even though it's not even really in the way. Your reply confused me there because it sounded, to me, as if this really small addition would bother you enough to immediately require an entire not-quite-as-small disable feature. Sorry if that was a misunderstanding.

Re: Features/Improvements Requests
I can manually edit those indeed, but in this particular case, I don't feel it's gonna be the right thing to do. Disney doesn't include the "Star Wars:" prefix when they name their shows, so I don't believe we should either ... https://disneyplusoriginals.disney.com/ … andalorian On the other hand - all shows have "alternative titles" field (not currently visible on the site) where I can add the "Star Wars" prefix so that they come up when you search for "Star Wars". Edid: Done.

It would be possible to manually edit titles, but that would be a bad idea since we always use the official titles here, and they decided to not put "Star Wars" into the titles (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Trek:_Discovery vs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mandalorian). Yes, you can't find every Star Wars-related show by searching for "star wars", but using only the official titles also is beneficial when it comes to using custom search engines: you don't want to have anything unofficial in your search strings.

The difference lies in the fact that all Star Trek shows are CALLED "Star Trek: The Something Or The Other". The Mandalorian is just called "The Mandalorian", so adding Star Trek in front of that would simply be wrong

Actually, adding "Star Trek" in front of The Mandalorian" would not "simply be wrong", it would be "completely wrong on all levels"!

Re: Features/Improvements Requests
this might have been a subject that was already debated and decided by the devs of this site, but : a redesign of the user profile ; real profile not just a watchlist. redesign of the Home page, nothing fancy, nothing hard or stress on the server, something on the line of :
( in a web version, not phone ) .

A "real profile" being what, exactly?

Re: Features/Improvements Requests
TOPIC CLOSED. This is getting way off topic and and into politics and other stuff we don't want to see on here. I was also tempted to delete the last 6 or so posts, but have left them for now.
Here is a suggestion: stop censoring and being a thought police. And ironically exactly that was the topic of the closed topic But TV series are infested with politics recent years, so if this is a TV related site, it pretty much belongs "here".

If you want to talk about the politics in a TV show, yes. If it's personal politics, no.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, our job in moderating those forums is identifying when a line was crossed and doing something about it. You crossed that line many times. I will not allow this thread to be degraded the same way so please, let this be the end of it.

Re: Features/Improvements Requests
Bit of a weird request, is there anyway of showing when a particular show is airing, but not add it to my watchlist? For example, really long running shows like https://next-episode.net/the-late-show- … en-colbert where I may start watching it several years after it started, so I don't want it counted as part of my Time Spent total, etc.

Re: Features/Improvements Requests
So you want to track it?, but not mark everything aired - watched. It's not the first time we've received this request, but it's still very niche so I don't think it'll happen as a functionality

Yeah, the cast will be added there at some point. What seems to be the problem that requires toggling daylight savings? Cheers
