You can only say that if you are not watching the show. Or if you are just joking.
Of course the AI can access also other cameras aswell but when judging only by that image, there is usually a blind spot above in the middle for the 3D 360 cameras. But was not a serious comment.

Alright. By the way: I like that the tech that they do show (and how it's used) looks quite plausible. (I really dislike it when that's not the case*!) * The Most Accurate Hacking Scene Ever https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7Hn1rPQouU

I think the premise and the show are looking really good, the release schedule not so good.

I also considered giving our new overlord some buck teeth but I felt that image stands.

Sigh, that's all she wrote folks. It's been cancelled: https://forum.next-episode.net/viewtopi … 03#p166503 Unless some other network picks it up, this one seems to be done for.

Thanks imadsani for the update. I also updated the main list. davejo90 wrote:lighton wrote:Damn.

Indeed. At least they plan to air the remaining episodes. That might actually throw some more salt into the wound depending on how it concludes and it doesn't draw interest from other outlets. scorpius074 wrote:When it comes to sci-fi shows (or any shows for that matter) airing on FOX, I have some serious trust issues.
Just saying...

IMHO no show deserves to have its airing be stopped mid-season! I would have sent an email to the FOX guys for sure. scorpius074 wrote:scorpius074 wrote:When it comes to sci-fi shows (or any shows for that matter) airing on FOX, I have some serious trust issues.

I'm not surprised, it was definitely getting more and more ridiculous as it went on.

Really. The show is not as 'hackurate' as https://next-episode.net/mr.-robot/ was (but hey, nothing is), but I don't recall anything really ridiculous.

I would call it fun rather than ridiculous.

Press F to pay respect. AI singularity is a very relevant issue and the show was actually very realistic. Hope netflix picks up the pieces on this one.

Re: neXt (2020) [Sci-Fi/ A.I. thriller]
I thought it was decent but the long break between episodes coupled with the cancellation announcement just made me remove from watchlist. On a different network I'd have stuck with it assuming they'd have time to write a real ending but, y'know, Fox.

Dont remember anything hackurate there, also got bored of it's bs after some 5 episodes But maybe I'm simply not hacker enough to see the high art Imo, to be hackurate you either need to show social engineering or how some guy is sitting 3 weeks and looking into screen

Mr. Robot used social engineering, you might want to give the show another try. Anyway... still enjoy watching neXt! A good average show.

With the budget and story details they had, I'm fine with it having ended now. 7/10
