Endgame was a pointless pile of plot holes. 3 hours and no storyline in sight, none whatsoever. What a disappointment. Why end a 11 year epic saga in a paradox?

Didn't answer the question how 2018Thanos could snap his fingers if Stark killed 2014Thanos... If Thanos came to the future from 2014 before he had the stones and snapped his fingers and then died in the future, how can he snap his fingers in 2018? If the answer is alternate timelines, well that's just lazy writing - It's like saying "the wizard did it with magic", and we get back to; what a piece of pointless s***.

The movie literally talked about it.

When 2014 Thanos timetraveled to the Endgame world, it created an alternate reality. Time travel in the MCU is that you can't change the past. Whatever happened, happened. What it does tho is that it created branch timelines. Consider this:

Our normal world, 2018. I go back in time and kill Hitler. What happens?

I DO NOT come home to a world where German Reich never existed. My past hasn't changed.

The change is that there's now an alternate parallel reality in which the German Reich never existed and, I dunno, Red Alert happened or w/e.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo we have now a reality in which Gamora never joined the Guardians, and no infinity stones shenanigans happened.
