Or is he? People come back from the dead in this show as frequently as the villains in "Gotham". I guess it depends on whether actor Ryan Eggold wants to continue to be associated with this!

Saw an interview of the actor, he stated that it wasn't a fake death and that Tom was gone for good.
Let's see if that's accurate !
