Topic: Time conversion error
I've just noticed that the 12am/pm broadcast times (my local time) seem to be mixed up. For example, shows which usually would be first broadcast at 12:00pm AEST (GMT +11) are listed on the front page as 0:00am.

Re: Time conversion errorOk, to help you with this and see if you stumbled upon a bug I'll need some more info. Is "do not use local timezone" turned on here? https://next-episode.net/settings?action=airdates Also, can you please make a screenshot of your homepage and let me know which, if only some, or if all shows are incorrect and what should they be showing instead of what is visible on the screenshot? Finally, did this issue start happening recently or you just noticed it recently and you're unsure if it was ok before? Re: Time conversion errorsantah wrote:
It's turned off.
In this example, Last Man on Earth should be at 12:30pm, rather than am (the page seems to recognise this, given it places it between 11am and 1pm).
Just noticed it recently. Re: Time conversion errorThanks for all that info. This is fixed now. Cheers! Re: Time conversion errorI see the CBS All Access shows (currently The Good Fight - ST:Discovery coming) are listed as based on air-time, this is not in fact true If you check they come out about noon EST and are available shortly after Similar things happen with many streaming services Re: Time conversion errorMany shows stream earlier than they air on their original channel? Re: Time conversion errorI'm having a similar issue. I noticed the Doctor Who premier tonight was telling me the incorrect time. The premiere is scheduled to air in London at 7:20 pm, which would be 1:20 pm for me. It keeps telling me 2:30 pm (let's ignore the 10-minute offset here for a moment). Went to check my time zone settings and the zone itself has the wrong offset. Chicago should be -6 GMT, not -5. Setting the time zone to a -6 area however, throws off all other show times in my list. I'm assuming this is some sort of DST setting issue, but I cannot find any DST setting. The last post mentioning such a thing was made years ago, and is no longer accurate. So, is my problem related? I didn't want post this a separate topic in case it's a similar issue to this one. 8 2020-09-27 18:41:12 (edited by gregnegy 2020-09-27 18:53:10)Re: Time conversion errorTime zone issue exposed by Dwight in Shining Armor: Re: Time conversion errorgregnegy wrote:
