Re: Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Enjoyed this weeks more than the recent ones.
might have been because it was a little 'Lonely Island' in parts.
I'm VERY late hearing about The lonely Island, I can't understand how i haven't heard/seen anything from them until quite recent.
If anyone here likes Andy Samberg and hasn't checked them out I'd highly recommend them.

Re: Brooklyn Nine-Nine
I marathoned Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and my favorite episode was 618 The Suicide Squad, I laughed start to finish, so funny. Some other highlight episodes were 401/2 Coral Palms, 501/2 The Big House, 514 The Box, 112 The Pontiac Bandit, and for some reason 118 The Apartment is the episode I think of the most when I think of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
I'd say Seasons 1-3 were the most procedural, and are classic 99.
Seasons 4-6 felt like they were trying to break the mold and become more serialized which eventually got them cancelled by FOX, lolz, and picked up by NBC, and season 6 was probably my favorite season, so many laughs.
Seasons 7 & 8 became really politically charged and the show stopped being funny and the laughs just didn't land, as though their hearts weren't into being cops anymore, and guest actors like John C McGinley would come in, crush their lines, and steal the show. For me it ended on a whimper, and I wish it ended on a bang, full Die Hard with fireworks, but no such luck.
