The show lost its popularity momentum, so that's probably why. But yes, great episode. I knew that it's gonna be resolved with Claire royaly fucking up.

I don't think its lost its popularity momentum....its just people expect it to be a solid show now and it usually delivers, not many highs or lows..its just keep delivering so it doesn't generate much discussion.
But I agree, longest mac add ever but was pretty cool.

Who cares if they used iPhones/iPads or Android phones/tablets? The episode was very creative and I liked it very much!
I really don't understand how the "rivalry" between the iOS and Android fans can make someone dislike an episode like this.
I'm a Tottenham fan and hate Ars*nal, but I loved both the book and movie Fever pitch.

Me, I care. I just didn't like the episode and it was a blatant Apple ad, the worst I've seen, and let's face it, there is product placement in most shows nowadays. How do you know I haven't got any Apple products?
I don't support Tottenham or Ars*nal, and I *still* didn't like Fever Pitch

I don't get why people are so passionately anti apple. Its just a company selling stuff. Just like every other company in the world. Would you have been so upset if they used Samsung or Microsoft devices? Surely there is more going on in your life than letting something this trivial get to you?

It's not the first time Apple paid them for promotion. Remember an episode from season 1 about the iPad? I personally don't have anything product placement as long as it's some minor scene or image, not when you construct the entire episode around it.

I'm not defending the overt product placement but it fit in with the particular story they were telling in the episode. I thought it was a pretty cute/innovative way to structure the episode. Interesting that nobody has complained about the Facebook product placement lol
Sure it was pretty in your face but most tech savvy people I know have 1 particular company they use for phones/tablets etc whether its apple, samsung or Microsoft.....its just the way it is, they are designed to operate more seamlessly when you stay within the brand and in my experience, most people do.
Its sad to say that if it was samsung that was featured, you'd probably have an army of apple fanboys complaining about the samsung product placement.....people need to get a life and stop measuring their self worth by the manufacturing company they support.
