Tomb Raider

You should've got it, it's a great game.

I got:
Hotline Miami
Alan Wake Franchise
Counter-Strike: Source
Super Meat Boy
Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons

I'm not a big fan of 3rd person action games and I have never liked Tomb Raider before. The positive reviews got me interested but ultimately decided not to get it. I have enough games to last me till the next sale, and Tomb Raider will for sure be on discount then as well.

Finished Shadow Warrior, better in gameplay and story than most AAA games. But why am I suprised, it's from the dev's behind Painkiller.

Nice to hear. I was considering buying it for my PS4, because it's also on sale (not so cheap as the PC version ofc but I got used to the higger prices wink).

It's really faced paced and requires accuracy, not sure a ps4 pad would be good enough.

Re: Steam Holiday Sale 2014

So I've had a little time to test out some of the sale games I've bought.

Red Faction Guerilla: Doesn't feel that special of a game, but I didn't get it for the plot, I bought it for the same reason I bought Just Cause 2: total destruction and mayhem! Love the physics in this game!

The Witcher: This felt a bit more amateurish than I thought. At least in the beginning the fighting seems to lack the certain OOMPH, but I'm sure it will get better once my character advances.

McPixel: This shit is bonkers mad. Not sure I would call it a game though. I wish I had this on my phone, I think it would work better as a mobile game.

South Park: Oh how I adore this game! The graphics are absolutely stunning! It feels like an interactive South Par episode. And the gameplay is good too! Love the fighting mechanic. One of the best license games ever and to top it off, the latest season of South Park has been amazing as well! Who knew that after a few stale seasons South Park could be this good again.

Re: Steam Holiday Sale 2014

The first Witcher can feel really clunky in 2015, but it's still really good since it's their first game.
