You forgot to add "The Hero Dies in This One" to episode 3. ;p Btw I wonder if they'll hire other actors from The Tomorrow People.

Re: The Flash (2014)
I get that he doesn't want to kill the bad guys... What I don't get is why he does completely ineffective crap like run up to them at 300 miles an hour and then gently push them over. >.>

Re: The Flash (2014)
What I hate is that he can run so damn fast, yet somehow people are still able to get away from him. Also if he hit someone going at 300 miles an hour, you would think he would break every bone in his hand. It's not like he is super strong or anything. All he can do is run fast and heal fast. I want to like this show, but it's doing its best to make sure i don't.

Bamuel - "city morgue, you kill em, we chill em" Off topic, but I read in a biography of Jim Morrison that he used to answer the phone, "Morrison's Mortuary, you stab 'em, we slab 'em".

Re: The Flash (2014)
I'm thinking of dropping this series. Good CGI, but I'm not really liking the characters or the actors. Except Felicity from Arrow. That's not good...

Not to mention how much hurt he'd put on the human he's trying to save. And when he suddenly runs away in public (like when he was talking to Felicity and took the photo) NO ONE notices that he's just not there anymore or feels the blast of wind when he runs by them.

I am pretty sure it was adapted from a comic book, not the laws of physics or the natural world.

Re: The Flash (2014)
I guess I'm just a little over this whole unrealistic/comic/superhero stuff as there has just been so much of it as of late and also Marvel just announcing another 378 movies about the stuff, im just burnt out. But I like Arrow, as it's a little bit more grounded.

Stop hating - Lets support the Superhero genre and hope it keeps coming. Love it! As an old school comic fan, we truly are in the Golden Age of comic book movies - what a great generation to live in!

Re: The Flash (2014)
I don't mind the flash, it's currently not as good as Arrow but that had time to grow and develop to the story lines it does now. I think we need to give the flash the same sort of time then see what it's like

Re: The Flash (2014)
I like it, but i am also afraid of the episodes where all the family drama begins, his dead pregnant sister the daughter of the villain is and he marries a superbitch oder angel, which was a superbitch and her past catches on .. Like all the boring bullsh*t in arrow in all the last episodes or should i say seasons? Well i will enjoy the show as long as the flash stays a superhero. zoooooooomm

Re: The Flash (2014)
so todays episode, 8th one
▼Spoiler flash vs arrow i liked the showdown. Also the arguing about who would win: superhuman or just highly trained human. anyway wanted to say, that i really liked that they got to joke about "who would win: superman or batman", and also that they had a good plot so it would make sense to get them fight with each other.

Heh, yeah that was one crossover that was very well done. Nice synergy and a good script.

Re: The Flash (2014)
I know we shouldn't nitpick the "science" of comic book shows, and I do enjoy the show so far, but it really bugs me when they keep referencing his current top speed at like 700 mph or something. Then repeatedly show him outrunning things like bullets (~1,700 mph) or even dodging lightning (~224,000 mph) When the entire identity of the character is based around his speed, you'd think they could at least have his "top speed" match his feats. Bah humbug!

Re: The Flash (2014)
Yeah, when i heard that 700 something i was also surprised, because he seems to move a lot faster most of the time. But for my own entertainment sake i just figured they use some bizarro miles per hour or i just didn't catch that they talk about 700mps, but then they wouldn't make big deal out of going faster than speed of sound. And anyway we see him do that all the time.

Re: The Flash (2014)
At the moment I give Arrow the edge being in its third season but I do like the way The Flash is progressing. Favorite part of the series so far are the crossover eps. Flash S01E08 "Flash vs Arrow" and Arrow S03E08 "The Brave and the Bold".

Re: The Flash (2014)
So I just binge watched the first season. Yeah, there's plenty of stupidity ▼Spoiler my absolute favorite is the shapeshifter who can transform not only his body but also the clothes and even a gun , but the hot women and nice CGI make it worth it.

Before you click, be warned by spoiler. So they hired that evil little blonde lesbian from the snake house for this season...

Daemons are benevolent or benign nature spirits, beings of the same nature as both mortals and gods, similar to ghosts, chthonic heroes, spirit guides, forces of nature or the gods themselves.

I suspected it would be a train wreck; just because it worked in Buffy is no reason to do the same thing in The Flash/Supergirl.

Lots of shows have tried to replicate Once More With Feeling. All have failed miserably.
2020. Meh.
