Re: GothamIt's gotten very slow moving. They need to pick up the pace. Re: GothamI've only seen 2 so far and think it's ok - is it worth continuing with the other 20? 2020. Meh.

Yes. Selina Kyle carries the show with her feline charm. Re: Gothamgraybags wrote:
The weakest episodes are in the first 10 or so, so might have to power through them. Depends on what you enjoy in it, if it's the mafia and side characters (like Enigma or Penguin), then yes. However, Gordon and young Bruce are mostly a drag. Re: GothamYeah, I'm liking the way that Penguin and Catwoman are being introduced, I think I'll persevere for now. Even a very brief Poison Ivy I noticed. Who else is coming, Riddler, Joker? 2020. Meh.

clare foley is a great actress, I wish they'll include her more in the future. I saw Sinister because she's in it but it was sort of scary so I didn't finish it. Re: GothamOrlando wrote:
I did? I really didn't notice him. Weird, I thought I would have picked up on that. 2020. Meh.

He is going around asking people to answer riddles and most people do not like him. The riddles would be a give away. Re: GothamI've only seen two episodes, I don't remember anyone asking people riddles, I think I would have realised who that might be. Asking people riddles, and called Edward Nigma. Hmmm. I think there are a couple of clues. 2020. Meh.
Re: GothamEpisode 1? Maybe I was asleep then. 2020. Meh.
Re: GothamI liked the first episode a lot It was fast paced and introduced a lot of possible storylines for the coming season. I was a bit surprised that the production value was a bit sloppy first season but I think that everything will be better season two. Re: GothamI thought season one was good, but season two is looking awesome. As an aside, isn't this the most poopy looking peanut butter you've ever seen? The gloomy Gotham lighting just doesn't flatter this stuff at all.
Re: GothamThe lighting in this show doesn't flatter anything, which appears to be on purpose. Love the sets and the dark atmosphere. Re: GothamIt's definitely on purpose - the whole show is stylised. But that peanut butter is just...disturbingly unfoody. Re: GothamWell that scene did involve the very creepy hitman doing some seriously strange stuff with the detached head of the police guard he just killed. That entire scene was delightfully disturbing. Posts: 26 to 50 of 68Forums - Next Episode → TV Show Discussions → Gotham |
