Re: 24 returns in May
The 12-episode event series, ‘24: Live Another Day,’ debuts with two hours of badassness on Monday, May 5 (the series will regularly air Mondays at 9/8c).
If that isn’t exciting enough, ‘24’ has also added ‘Chuck’ alum Yvonne Strahovski to its cast, TVLine reports. She joins the event series in a major role, where she’ll play
Kate Morgan, “a brilliant but impulsive CIA field operative in London.”
Re: 24 returns in May
But, an actual date was given for May, and that link doesn't say when in April just 'in April'.
Now I'm confused.

Now I'm shocked

*facepalm*, derp.
Re: 24 returns in May
So, if I haven't seen any 24 at all, should I start from the first series or is this stand-alone?
This is not a show for you. There are no young feisty female characters, only one that's really annoying. Plus the show has many depressing moments (main characters are being killed off regularly).
Re: 24 returns in May
I am starting to think that xrnzaaas have never watched 24.
I think you would like it nivalis

Re: 24 returns in May
Looks action packed and I'm really looking forward to it now. But I can't not be negative so: it seems kinda like a Bourne rip off, and I kinda hope something unbelievable happens by the end, e.g. Jack dies or at least fails or something.

Just watched the Live Another Day Jack is Back Special, it's got me even more hyped about the new episodes
