Well, they're trying something new... and they're not good at it so far since we all knew how it would end for about half the episode.

I'm waiting for the revamped mentalist to end and then I'll binge all them episodes. So, how's the quality?

The cases in this week's episode and in the last week's one were pretty mediocre. You can feel that they're trying to do a fresh start, but it's far from a major overhaul. As for the cast members, the FBI lady is ok. The new FBI geek is unwatchable.

As much as everyone says its a revamp, its still the same show. Dont get me wrong, I still enjoy it but its just like a weekly episode not about red john...although I'm guessing this episode revealed a bit of the next arc?
Quality is about the same (although this weeks episode was a bit weaker) Jane is the same, the only difference is there are now 2 brunettes to look at Jane all bewildered when he acts all cocky and cryptic.
