Sarah Connor from Terminator - The S.C. Chronicles
The main bloke from Journeyman (is that still going?)
Lennie James from Jericho
I'm sure there are loads of others.
Or the other way round, always impresses me when I think an actor is from the UK when they turn out to be a yank!

Ah, great minds, or something like that! I love spotting fake accents in shows, but have to admit that some have had me well and truely fooled - Sarah connor for 1, and the dude from jericho.

that dude from jericho - I had no idea... wow...
Lena Headey can't fool me because I know she's not an American. I'm usually really bad at catching accents though. I tend to ponder forever about accents on american shows that sound british but not quite until I find out/realise/someone tells me exasperatedly that it's an aussie or kiwi accent. Those two I can never work out. I apologize to hometimenow and all other aussies
