Topic: 7x13

I liked it overall. Nothing tremendous, but I enjoyed it.

...where did I put that rat's ass I could give?

Daemons are benevolent or benign nature spirits, beings of the same nature as both mortals and gods, similar to ghosts, chthonic heroes, spirit guides, forces of nature or the gods themselves.

Some part of me wanted them to actually be dead.

That's the ending i thought we would have got tbh, that had always seemed doomed with their romance and to have them die would have continued that theme

Re: 7x13

I actually really liked the implication that all of Michael's narrative for all these years has been him telling his story to his nephew.  Very sweet.

Re: 7x13

Burn Notice had a lot of fans in the intel community. The voiceover descriptions of tradecraft were much appreciated, and usually quite accurate. The murky and unpredictable nature of intel operations was also spot on. For non-US operatives it was an educational experience, giving insights about the intel environment inside the US. It was also never dull with unexpected action and plot twists maintaining interest. All that's left now is Strike Back and, to a lesser extent, Homeland. Burn Notice will be missed.

Re: 7x13

The cast, and casting, was excellent especially when you consider that they were operating on a cable, not network, budget. None of the cast were A-List but together with the writers they earned seven seasons.

Great ending for an awsome show, front, center and end;)

Do you hate watch every show? Haven't seen you post a positive thing about a show.

Re: 7x13

I thought that the series finale might have been the worst episode of the show. The way that Michael made a 180° like that, it's just not believable.

17

Re: 7x13

That was faaaar from the worst episode of the show, how can you even compare a finale with a regular episode? The 180 or should we say 360 (?) is not only beleivable - it's way plausible, if only you could see it from his perspective...
