It was an advert during the new tosh.0 episode. But it´s probably only a re-run, since tosh.0 airs on comedy central and sunny phil on fx. It sounded to good to be true. But the ad said "new episode". Sorry

Chase Utley Responds To 'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia' Fan Letter From Mac

Fans of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" know full and well that "the gang" are big fans of the Phillies.
And the biggest Phillies fan in the show may very well be Mac, who in "The World Series Defense," (season 5, episode 6) hands off a sad and slightly creepy fan letter in the hopes of getting it to Phillies second baseman Chase Utley. In typical "Sunny" style, the letter -- and the entire gang -- end up far from their intended destinations.
More than 4 years later, Chase Utley has penned a response to that letter. In a YouTube video uploaded by MLBFanCave, Utley reads aloud Mac's original missive, then responds with his own.
A transcript of Utley's response is below:
Dear Mac,
I feel like I can call you Mac because you called me Chase. Sorry it took me five years to write you back, but I’m really busy playing a lot of baseball for the Phillies. Thank you for the compliment on my hair. It’s my fourth favorite thing after baseball, running fast, and my dad. I’m sorry your dad doesn’t like you. Maybe you could become a better son. Meeting you and having a game of catch sounds like a lot of fun, but like I said, I’m really busy playing a lot of baseball for the Phillies.
I hope you have a good life. Fans like you make my life a “grand slam.”

I watched it a couple of days ago and thought it was a pretty weak episode until the end which turned the whole episode into pure awesomeness.
