If you remember the comics correctly, Batman already defeated Sups using a kryptonite ring and all sorts of cool gizmos...

Batman would only win if superman held back, if superman unleashed his strength Batman would be destroyed in a second.
Superman tries to resolve situations without using his powers first, and he gets his ass kicked, if he just went in all guns blazing he would win everytime.
Batman is just a man in a suit.

Man to man is not even a question. I mean yeah Superman takes him and everyone but the green lantern (Among superheroes) The green lanterns ring can simulate the radiation in kryptonite. Yes, Batman has mad skills, but he is yet a man.
Okay, so Superman takes everyone but the Green lantern. But Green lantern is not really that good. A 8 years old kid could take superman as long as he got kryptonite.

Superman VS Doomsdays = Superman wins (even though it caused him to be a little bit dead)
