Re: They will be missed...
lol. Gotta love conspiracy nuts...especially the ones that don't think they're conspiracy nuts. *hipster conspiracist impression* "Oh, that's common knowledge. They needed to fill more pages in the magazine so they staged some photos when they got back to earth...that's not proof of anything". -Rob

Re: They will be missed...
Common knowledge isn't always the best way to tell what's true. Just imagine if everyone stopped believing something is impossible just because they themselves can't do it or haven't seen it. I for one don't believe that the world is round, because those photos of the Earth taken from orbit can't possibly be real because I don't know how to get to space! Its all lies!

I think we're all getting off topic. This is the last place we should start a flame war. Let's just leave it at the fact that the world lost a great man, whose bravery and pioneering spirit should not be forgotten.

Geek and Sundry remembered him with a Firefly quote which I think was spot on. "We've done the impossible and that makes us mighty." Made me well up..

Daemons are benevolent or benign nature spirits, beings of the same nature as both mortals and gods, similar to ghosts, chthonic heroes, spirit guides, forces of nature or the gods themselves.

Gotta love the ones that take everything as a conspiracy message hidden under a non-conspiracy message and so on and so on. Gee, take a chill pill, might prevent the petty insults on something said that had no hidden meaning. You're starting to look even more paranoid than Jerry Fletcher. "OH LOOK, A CONSPIRACY NUTS WHO TRIES TO MAKE EVERYBODY BELIEVE HE'S NOT A CONSPIRACY NUTS..." Wut ?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qw9oX-kZ_9k Even IF it was one big hoax (wich I don't believe and never even hinted it), Neil Armstrong inspired generations and his death is a big loss. That's what matters. Moving on... (and people wonder why others get cranky around here these days.)

Michael Clarke Duncan, an Oscar nominee for “The Green Mile” died Monday at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was 54. Publicist Joy Fehily released a statement from Clarke’s fiancée, the Rev. Omarosa Manigault, saying that Duncan died Monday morning after nearly two months of hospitalization following a July 13 heart attack.

He was good in whatever he did. His last TV series, "The Finder" was a gem (cancelled after one season of course) largely because of Duncan.

He was amazing in The Green Mile. A sad day indeed.

Sad news, indeed. Not only did he have a unique voice, but he was also a good actor.
