Topic: 5x02 (obvious and not worth mentioning that it contains spoilers...)
Well, i dont really know what to think. It seems they gonna reuse old ideas (that one powerful gay dude) and put a few new ones there like the authoritah, PTSD burger guy (forgot his name) and the Gay Vampire christian guy. Personally i feel the PTSD Burger guy storyline could work and become really interesting. For the Authoritah...making them religious is kinda a turn off and wont make for good entertainment. Since its gonna be really obvious what will happen. The Gay Vampire Christian guy...well i dont like it. So thats my take on it. Im gonna continue watching, but its not because i really care, its just a more of a habit now.

At least I thought the second episode was better than the first. I thought season 4 turned into absolute rubbish, but I kinda have to keep watching because I'm curios of where they're going with this. Maybe they'll rediscover the magic from seasons 1 and 3? To sum it up: less Tara, more Pam and Scott Foley! And please let the witches be gone!

Lafayette is such a wimp now. Is Alan Ball still writing ? Is this still inspired (sort of) from the books ?
Myka : You slept with her didn't you ? Pete : Well... you... you told me to investigate ok ? So... she's unarmed.

I read the first nine books, and the whole Lafayette thing did'nt happen there. Neither the Tara as a vampire storyline, or the whole religious vampire bibel thing. As I remember, it was more about the threesome Sookie, Eric and Bill as well as Sookie and the fairies. Watching this purely out of habit, and because there are few other interesting summer shows.

There's also Warehouse 13, Alphas and Strike Back (which is a sequel to Chris Ryan's Strike Back).
