Daemons are benevolent or benign nature spirits, beings of the same nature as both mortals and gods, similar to ghosts, chthonic heroes, spirit guides, forces of nature or the gods themselves.

I'm glad they did not pull out some big stupid stunt in the end. One thing about season 8 is that it was perfectly in tune with what made House a great show, and so did the ending. Plus it did it by referencing some of the shows most iconic episodes. Didn't surprise me, but didn't disappoint, which is most important.

TY House. This was the show that got me hooked on tv-shows.. The end was good, the way it was supposed to be.

Just kill them off sometimes, people die in real life, it's ok, I'm a big boy, I can handle it. It's sad and upsetting, but it happens. From now on, every final episode of a series I watch, when the main protagonist "dies" I'm going to wonder if they are going to jump out in the end shouting "Surprise!". Again.
