Indeed... Alcatraz is one of those Sci-Fi that I would have been a bit sad for humanity, if they didn't cancel it, since that have cancelled SO much better sci-fi! YEY on Community!

Sad news about Awake...it was awesome...a really compelling concept with hints of many layers... Glad Alcatraz was canceled...it was simply awful. -Rob

what?
Shows listed as dramas are an hour long and those listed as comedies are half an hour long. (But yes, the lack of scifi and action shows is distrubing).

ok. never seen the word genre used this way. so there might be a possibility that under the drama there might be one or two action/sci-fi shows?

Well, Revolution is supposed to be scifi: http://forum.next-episode.net/viewtopic.php?id=7404 But for me it will be as scifi as Alcatraz or The Event.

Re: 15/05/12 - TV News Weekly Review #59 - Wins and Losses
Not really too surprised about Alcatraz. Could have had some potential. Everything got wasted. Even the cast was good, if they'd just edited out the girl. She didn't seem believable at all to me. Annoying really. I was looking forward to it before the season got going. (Edit) Slight spoiler for anyone who hasn't seen the ending of The Mentalist yet;
▼Spoiler They REALLY need to stop dangling the Red John-bait some time soon. I like the series, as much as procedurals go, but whenever something is off or a season has to be ended they return to that same old uncatchable foe. As a viewer I'm starting to feel like a cat chasing a laser pointer. What's the point if he's never going to catch/be defeated by Red John? It's not that big of a stretch that Jane might've ticked off someone else in his life, worthy of becoming his new nemesis.
