It was certainly a breath of fresh air, something different compared to all the mundane crap that is on tv atm ( American Idol, Big Brother, Reality shows in general) Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering

Sadly it seems to be the state of affairs here in Norway as well. Reality shows about weight loss and what is essentially karaoke... I've never read Shakespeare, so I probably shouldn't be raising my head so high in saying this - but if the culture consuming audience was as STUPID back in the days of the classics.. we wouldn't have any classics. Seems like we're working our ways back into the oceans. The universe will probably end with a (The) Big Mute - or possibly a commercial break for a no effort weight loss device.
