Re: S06E05
It was a good* episode. The fact that Dexter is zeroing in on the killer this soon in the series is making it hard to guess what is going to happen, although my prediction is that Travis (the young man) is a ruthless murderer, hiding behind his innocent face. I see him killing Gellar in about 4 episodes.
Deb is also growing back her cut-off balls, finally. I'm liking the Mike Anderson (Chicago cop) stuff, him being very talented but also feeling like he is overqualified. But Masuka and Batista are put out of the spotlight because of this. Mos Def's character is also a good equalizer, he seems to be a good fit for Dexter as a friend.

Re: S06E05
I read a theory somewhere that Gellar is already dead and what we see is Travis's imagination (like Dexter and his dad). In the series we haven't seen anyone interact with Gellar or look at him and we only see him accompanying Travis. Although there were a couple of scenes in this episode to debunk that theory; Gellar using a cellphone and him drinking something at the disco he was at with Travis. An interesting theory nevertheless and would be a great twist to this season.
I still can't help but feel a bit disconnected with the killers or even see them as a threat because we are already on season 6 with Dexter and the "main enemy" has been killed before the end of the season and especially last season the completely pressed the reset button on everything that had happened. That being said, now is a good time for the show to pull something shocking (like the death of Dexters wife) and completely surprise me.
Re: S06E05
I like that theory, some good points. We'll have to see how things turn out.
Over all a good show.

Re: S06E05
Dexter assumed there were two killers because there were two kinds of handy work, this could be explained with a split personality, each doing different kind of handy work.
And also have to admit that Mos Def was a pleasen surprise. "A rapper as a priest" on paper sounds about the worst thing you can have on a TV-show but he really has pulled it off. And this comes from someone who hates rappers turned actors and religious characters.

Re: S06E05
Don't forget that Quinn is the one that gets girls naked in this show.
That's the last thing i watch Dexter for.
Besides if i wanted naked girls i'd visit the BOTD section on this site
