Three episodes, each being 1:30 hours long? Yes, Chris Ryan. Re: Chris Ryan's Strike BackOrlando wrote:
well it was 6 episodes, but i checked what happend in chris ryan and it was the same, they just named it strike back at the torrent site Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backtoo many chris ryans and too many strike backs in this equation Re: Chris Ryan's Strike BackCinemax has never really been known as a place for quality television, but it may have found a solid starting ground with its original drama series 'Strike Back.' The action-packed show combines what Cinemax knows best -- sex -- with heavy violence and some witty dialogue. Think of it as a British take on '24,' and although it won't make you forget Jack Bauer, it is a thoroughly enjoyable action hero romp from a global perspective. The series has also been a moderate hit for Cinemax, and it was recently renewed for a second 10-part season. The series follows Section 20, an elite military black ops unit within the British government that focuses on high-risk, top-priority targets -- including an international group of terrorists. When one of their own is captured and held hostage by the terrorist group, Section 20 enlists the help of Damien Scott (Sullivan Stapleton, 'Animal Kingdom'), a cheeky former Delta Force operative who is familiar with this group of terrorists. However, his cocky style is often at odds with his more by-the-book partner, Sgt. Michael Stonebridge (Philip Winchester, 'Camelot'). Meanwhile, team leader Col. Eleanor Grant (Amanda Mealing, 'Holby City') is one of the most badass females on television ... but she also has a few secrets of her own. Season 1 wraps up tonight (Fri., Oct. 21, 10PM ET on Cinemax), but there's still time to catch up with Scott and Stonebridge before Season 2 premieres in 2012. Here are five reasons we think you should watch: 1. Explosives 2. It's Sexy 3. Scott & Stonebridge 4. Expect the Unexpected 5. Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backgood news its been renewed for a second season (or is it class as a third?!?!?!?!?) Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backkmorrisuk wrote:
Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backbrilliant series.... thoroughly enjoyed all the episodes and glad it's been renewed Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backi was thoroughly depressed at the season finale, there was no gratuitous nudity. but other then that, it's rare that a series can endure a significant cast change and still be as good if not better then the first season. having more money helps and it shows. but i still miss porter... haha yea... i kinda hoped the boss would get a bit of action, but that ain't gonna happen anymore... Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backwas dissapointed in the season ending, but overall nice series. Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backjust finished watching season 2, god this show is good. I dont think i have ever seen a better action series, this show really dont have a single boring episode, and the action sequence are great. Re: Chris Ryan's Strike BackI just started this the other day and watched the first double-ep... It's really cool, but I hope it's getting less "warzone"'ish soon... I'm not big on anything "war"-related... Re: Chris Ryan's Strike BackWell the first season is really warzoney, haven't seen season 2 yet though. Re: Chris Ryan's Strike Backseason 2 is sex and warzone. not much of a change Re: Chris Ryan's Strike BackGodZionu wrote:
