Yes Torchwood is nice - but has just minor CGI - they do more with make-up

Actually - if I look at that list I really wonder what show would win - since all have crappy CGI

OK - so we can all agree that Sanctuary has really crappy CGI then let's put TWD with equivalent crappy CGI in and get this on the road. We can argue for ages which shows will lose first, but it's about the best show - so we don't have any more great show suggestions - let's start:
