Treadstone (Jason Bourne spinoff) [Action, Drama]

Ahh, you beat me to it. A friend of mines put me on to this a couple of days ago, and I felt kind of silly not knowing about it. I was searching for an official poster or backdrop, but I guess it's too early. As a fan of the film series, I'd be lying if I said I had no desire to watch this.

Great new show! They packed a lot into the first episode... The action was really good, the locations felt authentic - this is not a cheap production.

I loved how they got the little details rights: how depressing East Berlin looked, the Mercedes cars that North Korea obtained "in open defiance of U.N. sanctions intended to ban luxury goods from North Korea", down to the Pyongyang skyline that included the Hotel of Doom. (And now I wonder what's the percentage of viewers that pays attention to those details. )

And 1x1 ended with a nice plot twist that I didn't see coming!

First episode looks great!

Yes! I don't get why it has a 7.3/10 IMDb rating but only 3.5/5 here.

I enjoyed 1x2.

I really really liked Treadstone

It would appear that any series which is well scripted, with an intelligent storyline, is scrapped. For the simple reason that if its intelligent, it doesn't appeal to the masses.
