Re: Love, Death & Robots [Animation, Comedy, Fantasy, Sci-Fi]
Finally found the time to start watching season 2. Good stuff, sadly not as many episodes, but each one seems to be longer this time, so that's something. And it got already renewed for season 3!

I enjoyed season 1 a lot more, season 2 was imo less engaging and overall not that interesting. ¯\_(*-*)_/¯ *shrug*

I think that season 2 is perceived not as good because it had a lot to live up to. Season 1 was such a new and well done concept.

Finished season 2. Yeah, less "wow" than season 1, but still good. Could have featured more robots. Will tune in again for season 3.

Re: Love, Death & Robots [Animation, Comedy, Fantasy, Sci-Fi]
As the third season is out today, I thought I'd watch the second season. I wasn't a fan of the first one. I mean, it was ok, but it never really grabbed me, hence the delay watching season two. Anyway, I've just watched the lot, all in one go this morning and really enjoyed most of them, far better than season one in my humble opinion. I hope season three is as good.
2020. Meh.

Season 3 is very good, only the last one "Jibaro" was a bit weird for me. "Three Robots - Exit Strategies" and "Night Of The Mini Dead" were funny

I much preferred season 2, I have to be honest. I loved "Night of the Mini Dead" and I liked "Mason's Rats" but that was about it.
2020. Meh.

Re: Love, Death & Robots [Animation, Comedy, Fantasy, Sci-Fi]
I only watched two episodes so far. "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" was fun, and then today "Bad Travelling". Loved it, and then saw in the credits "directed by David Fincher" - no wonder it's great!

Finished season 3! My favorites: - Night of the Mini Dead (funny!) - Mason's Rats (funny!) - In Vaulted Halls Entombed (not funny! ) Hope the show will get more seasons.

I really liked the first two, (particularly the second one), but the rest... Meh.

I have to disagree with #1. I do not like the band. But the premise was funny as hell. Stargate SG1 did that once, and when they went through the gate, they all collapsed. Funny stuff.

Re: Love, Death & Robots [Animation, Comedy, Fantasy, Sci-Fi]
The animation was, as always, amazing. I don't think there were two episodes with the same style in this Season. Storywise I think about half of the Season was great, the rest ranges from OK to meh. Here the Episodes in order I would rate them: Episode 04 - 400 Boys Looks like an american version of "Attack on Titan" Episode 07 - The Screaming of the Tyrannosaur "Jurassic Space Gladiator" - better than Jurassic World Dominion + Gladiator 2 at least Episode 02 - Close Encounters of the Mini Kind Mash up of "Mars Attacks", "Independence Day" and "War of the Worlds" Episode 08 - How Zeke Got Religion If "Hellboy" was doing his original assignment. Episode 03 - Spider Rose Good visuals, but the story was meh. Episode 10 - For He Can Creep Gave me a little bit of "Lucifer/Sandman" by Neil Gaiman nostalgia Episode 05 - The Other Large Thing "If Garfield never discovered Lasagne" Episode 01 - Can't Stop The animation is great but apart from that this Episode gave me nothing new. Episode 06 - Golgotha Even if everything in this Episode would've been actually animated, it still wouldn't have made a better spot on the list. Episode 09 - Smart Appliances, Stupid Owners Who thought this was a good idea, complete garbage.
Deserved more runtime: Abbys | Dead Like Me | Devs | Firefly | Gangsta. | Jack of all Trades | Kevin (probably) saves the World | Lodge 49 | Mrs. Davis | NYC 22 | Powerless | Roadkill | Special Unit 2 | Stumptown | Surface | The Brave | The Crazy Ones | The Finder | The Middleman | Truth Seekers | Two Weeks to Live | Whiskey Cavalier https://next-episode.net/user/WilliamDrakeMcGregor/

"Smart Appliances, Stupid Owners" reminded me of Creature Comforts, but adult themed. I loved it. Overall this season was better than the last. Mostly hits from me. Close Encounters of the Mini Kind Mash up of "Mars Attacks", "Independence Day" and "War of the Worlds"
Yea, I would agree with that - very funny too. The first part was very typical american - shoot first.
