So is season 5 coming our way? Because this totally didn't feel like a series finale, more like a season finale.

Absolutely brilliant, but the

ending could well serve as a series finale as well as a season finale. I hope the show can carry on, it deserves to because it has developed into a pretty special story, but the ending says to me that a continuation is in the balance.

I agree with xrnzaaas. those things did suck. I'm hoping there is a way out of the latter.

Yea great episode, the 'Welcome to the machine' song was nicely chosen, could almost have been written for this show.

Epic season finale.
Pink Floyd's "welcome to the machine" track gave me goose bumps all over, almost cry... the song and everything else
I certainly would love some Asimov tribute on the next season on the devolping humanity of the machine AI

Well, hopefully CBS will see the quality of this show and understand that all primetime shows are losing viewers.

I think there was a little bit too much deus ex machina in the last episode (maybe it was kinda the point), but overall I loved the season and do hope for a renewal.
And judging from the nature of the ending, the new season could be a full season story with no filler-episodes.

The best cliffhangers are the most desperate and seemingly hopeless. What the writers have to do now is resolve the situation without being painfully lame.

well i liked the season so far. some slow episodes but some of the most genius (if then else) good season finale and looking forward to the next season.
