Hey NE forumers...

So Nina Dobrev (Elana Gilbert) has announced she is leaving the Vampire Diaries at the end of the current season (6)... will you watch after she leaves, or not?

Also thoughts?

This show has gone to shit a long time ago so this doesn't affect me. smile Still, CW must be really desperate if they want to continue the show without the most important character.

Can't believe it's even made it to 6 seasons! I didn't make it past season 1.

The first three seasons were great... you just had to get past the Twilightish episodes at the beginning. They jumped the shark in season four and season five was just painful to watch and I quickly dropped it.

First they abandon the author, now the Central Character - I'm done. Nina's the only reason I watched past the crime committed to L.J. Smith.

Elana was one of my least liked characters, great eye candy, but way too annoying. It doesn't bother me much she is gone, i only wish they would just stop referring to her all the time.

But I have to agree on the show becoming more and more crappy over the seasons, might drop it soon. At least The Originals is still good!
