Topic: Scorpion
It centers on an eccentric genius and his international network of super-geniuses who form the last line of defense against the complex threats of the modern age. http://next-episode.net/scorpion It seems like a light, fun and feel good kind of show. Some things were a bit over the top and a bit much touchy feely at times but overall it was entertaining with likeable characters. Gonna check out more.

Re: Scorpion
It was better then i thought it would be which was a pleasant surprise. Compared to the other new season premiers on the same day i did like this episode the most. It seemed fresh to me. Only urk was the thing with the ferrari at the end, but other then that i'm looking forward to the rest of the season.

Re: Scorpion
The whole airplane/car thing was ridicolous, but other than that, i liked it very much.

Re: Scorpion
The acting is way over the top, the characters are so cliched and cardboard that I wouldn't care if they all spontaneously combusted on the spot, the dialogue is appalling and the plot assumes the viewer has an IQ in single figures. If this show goes to ep13 I will be amazed. (And horrified if it goes further!)

The whole airplane/car thing + the we-need-a-genius-to-tell-us-to-install-a-backup thing were ridicolous, but other than that, i kinda liked it.

Re: Scorpion
I've really enjoyed this series over the years. Yes it's wonderfully over the top and ridiculous and all that, but that's so bad that it becomes good to a certain degree, as I always laugh my ass off during those moments. It's also a show that does to some extent deal with actual Aspie issues. But by the middle of the third season it started to get even MORE over the top, to the point that the first two episodes of the 4th season have been outright repulsive at times. Yes, I'm still laughing at some moments in the characters' interactions and story, but honestly right now I'm just praying for this series to go away soon. If the third episode isn't better, I may drop it.

I, kind of, agree with you but it's so damned inoffensive and playfully stupid, I can't criticise it too much.

Re: Scorpion
Please, no spoilers! So now that Scorpion has been canceled/ended, and I am almost a full season behind, I was wondering whether the last episode ends in a cliffhanger? I can't stand it when shows end without planning for it. Anyone watch this to the end yet?

Re: Scorpion
Well, I'd gotten annoyed by it, but it straightened itself out so I kept on going. Thanks for confirming! I guess I just won't watch the last few episodes.

It's not really a cliff hanger as such, and the season/series does have an ending of sorts; worth watching the last few episodes if you've watched the rest.
