Lisbon is really dead. She didn't look too pasty...could've been the other guy's blood. Also, it was a pretty stupid setup...that she went in there with no back-up...when it is obvious that RJ knows a lot about what's going on. Soon as she headed there by herself, you pretty much knew what was going to happen...

...definitely ups the ante if it's for real, though.

The show has no balls, there is no way she's dead. If the show would of stuck to their guns with Jane killing Red John than sure I might believe it, but they back out cause they don't have the edge.

Bruno Heller has already come out and said that

she is okay. Well at least that there is "no need to worry".

"Things look very bad for Lisbon at the end of that first episode. What I can tell you is that there is a very cryptic clue in that last sequence of episode one that will eventually explain — when all is revealed — what happened to Lisbon and why," Heller said. 

While Heller was coy about said clues, he said that Lisbon fans don't have anything to worry about, for the most part. "I’m loath to give away too much, but for those people who love Lisbon, as I do, they needn’t worry too much. They should worry but you know …," he hinted.
