Re: The Blacklist (1x01-1x10)

just started watching this and I'm up to 1x07. Am I the only one who got seriously ticked off at the end when Ressler and Keene are discussing the scientist sticking the needle into the kid?

And when Ressler states that the cure will be too late for the kid, she shrugs it off with "I guess that's what happens". I literally was outraged - 2 or 3 episodes ago she was begging the Stewmaker to "get to know her" when it was her life on the line. The Stewmaker should have sacked off torturing her and chucked her into the chemical pot. Why not? Why is her life more important than the kids

Worst case scenario - she lets the scientist inject the kid. She shoots him in both legs to immobilise him. He gets arrested and his trial can be delayed until the cure works on the kid or not. If the kid died, he'd be no worse off than before (though admittedly he'd have lived less of his life).

Yeah, that annoyed the hell out of me too.

Caught up with the show. The two parter was fucking great, I really liked it. It probably wouldn't be in my TOP10 of the year, but it's still very good. Hellishly entertaining.

Best case scenario the kid gets to legally be a test case if he wants it before all the FDA testing ra ra, but as an enforcer of the law she did the right & legal thing. Her caviler attitude was stink, though.

Re: The Blacklist (1x01-1x10)

I finally had a chance to catch up and to watch all 22 eps. The show is ok, not the best one out there, but Spader's doing a really good job. It'll most likely stay on my watchlist since there aren't many shows out there and it's certainly better than CBS's NCIS:LA:SUV style procedurals.

Tune up in 2 days on promising new series SCORPION.
I hope that will exceed all expectation. Just see the tailer for now.

Thanks for the tip. smile I will probably try all new action dramas (except for the ones that scream procedural after reading a synopsis wink).
