Cool episode S06E04! I enjoyed the startup office fight scenes, I just wish...

And Deke's influencer girlfriend! WTF! big_smile The episode outro was...

...probably their funniest outro ever! big_smile big_smile big_smile

Did you not notice the guy fleeing on one when the shooting started?

The ABC schedule doesn't show any more Agents of SHIELD for the next few weeks. I's skeered...

That's because of the 2019 NBA Finals schedule.

Is it just me or is anyone else getting bored with this.
It's gone way off course since the first couple of seasons and just seems like they have no idea what to do next.

Yeah, while everybody else was running away in panic, he casually, slowly rolled away... not that funny in my opinion! cool Better alternative would have been if Deke gently pushed the guy off the hoverboard, grabbed it, and smashed the big bad guy with it. smile Btw, when May did something like that with the monitor later on, she didn't unplug it first! Am I the only one noticing stuff like that? cool

Huh? https://next-episode.net/Marvels-Agents-of-S.H.I.E.L.D. says that the next episode arrives in 1 week 5 days.

That's just you. cool I enjoy the current season!

Re: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Just finished S06E06. Nice tour down memory lane, it felt like they revisited at least 50% of past S.H.I.E.L.D. locations. wink

Did you notice? When Fitz looked at the dead Fitz in the body bag, the skin over his carotid artery could be seen moving. Not very dead... cool

And the torture towards the end was sooo over the top! big_smile Followed by the great "We don't only have each other. We have our friends." scene. Lovely. smile Which was followed by too much yelling for my taste. Still:

Good episode.

season 7 the last one

well eps 6 - one good thing

Mack gets left behind when the ship jumps, leaving Mack examining his navel realising his already dead parents are dead again! ( Shame that Zeke went to comfort him and seems to have gone also). Yippee Hooray I hope thats the last we see of that big oafish moralising, rather stupid, simple minded buffoon? That character has single handedly brought down the show. What sort of  director would put his family before the fate of the world and the timeline? Coulson never would? I hope the last 7 episodes have  written  him out. He is no great loss. I am sure the actor is a decent guy but the character  he plays & the way he plays it is dreadful makes me want to vomit, why on earth did the writers have him so centre piece? seems like some one wanted to destroy the show and end in a way that we would be glad it is over. I am sad that Fitz has gone ( left the sinking ship) as he and his relationship with jemma brought a bit of ( acting) class to the show ?

I really liked 7x7, which I'll always remember as "that 80s episode". big_smile

So many fun scenes, including ...

... the computer chat and ASCII art/ printer scene, the slightly cheap (how-it-was-done-back-then) first gore scene, the Max Headroom reference, and especially Deke stealing Don't You (Forget About Me). smile

One of my favorite episodes! Without Mack being like he currently is it would have been even better. cool

Re: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Another Mack hater?  Nice to be not the only one.

+ show spoiler

The opening scene with him was really the pits? The only funny thing about him was the  gross  black beard he grew - turn him upside down and he would be one of those upside down faces. Why couldnt  he have ended up on a hard disc that could get corrupted? The Star girl equivalent to Mack is Mikey I suppose who just keeps  stuffing his gob with junk food?

The robots were a swipe at Dr Who and the Daleks? One even shouted "Exterminate". Not amused lol.

I enjoy life too much to hate a TV character. I wish they had set him up differently, but that's not my decision. smile

Re: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

well he damages the show quite badly.

Re: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Well they do seem to use him for situations where he is an asshole for stupid/selfish/no reasons at times. First time I really noticed that was with his "robots are inherently bad because that's how it is in movies" sentiment a few seasons back.

He would otherwise be alright, if he didn't get that much attention despite being one of the least interesting characters on the show. Like this, it's just a lot of "ah right. that guy." with him.

Side-character made protagonist. Not interesting enough to really "damage" the show though.

Re: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

some one said above the rating for the show have never been the best? Maybe including a more emotional character was an attempt to correct that, for black people? If so they alienated others. The most successful attempt at the human interest angle was the fitz-simmons relationship( for white people?). But that required half decent actors? The relationship with that Mexican? woman was never convincing?; She was ok he wasnt? He was an oaf

The first time I can remember that Mack got up my nose was in season 4 and the matrix world where at the end the asshole wouldnt leave his digital daughter, though he knew she wasnt real. Then again when  Fitz restored Quakes powers and Mack called him a defective person.

I just dont think he is a good actor. Any one know of other roles he has had?

Had the show  been made in these last months I would be inclined to think he was a BLM feature

I am not sure what the writers were  trying to achieve with him. Any way they failed? ( but then I am white, maybe he comes across differently to black people?)
